Texas - Massive Latency Spikes 16ms to 500ms non stop

Hi all.

Getting a ton ...I mean a ton of instability with the game using the Texas servers.
HUGE lag...i'm rubber banding all over the screen.

What have I tried?

Killing the game reloading it.
Restarting My PC :)
Shutting down all other non essential services.
Restarted my fiber router.

It's not me. I have 1GB Down and 1ms to my central office.
So something is up. I normally roll like 16ms. Now it's starting at 83ms and bounces up to 450ms and own to 300ms back down to 83ms back up to 400ms etc.

HALP!

p.s. Pastebin of my WinMTR run.

2nd Pastebin of my WinMTR after nearly 1000 requests.

Looks to me like I'm dropping packets in New Jersey. :(

Ask your ISP? but it is likely (as with most of the cases of routing the long way) is that there is a problem with the hops going the more direct route and the connection has been diverted around the problem.
