Payment Pending Issue / Supporter Pack

I have a transaction issue. I was suppose to buy only 1 supporter pack but ended up having 4. Can you please fix this issue, and I was waiting for it to be approve but until now It’s still is on pending. It's already been 2 days. I already emailed support but still no reply. I did purchased Legacy Pack and some points before, it was smooth until now.

I'd like a PM or something... anything. I am having a similar issue in that it's still saying my payment is pending. I posted already a few days ago on this forum. I sent an e-mail as well and got a response to which I replied, but have not heard one thing since then.. going on 3 days now.
