Can't get last memory fragment

So,i spawned elder and his guards on red tier maps,i killed them and got only 4 fragments,there was no fragment from elder,according to patchnotes we dont have to spawn elder on t15 map anymore,just any red tier map,am i wrong? what did i wrong then? (every guard was red tier and elder was t14 dark forest map)

UPD: I forgot to say that i did it 2 times,and both times i failed with protecting shaper,as u know this makes shaper to release from chains with 25% hp,so i killed him that way 2 times,and both times here was no Zana with protecting bubble,maybe thats the problem?

the problem solved-u have to protect shaper and make him to stay alive while elder in chains,other ways u will not get fragment

They announced that next week's patch might address this.

so I did this as well twice and couldnt save shaper in the t15 or t12 and didnt get the final orb

playing LLRF I cant save him and dont have gem sockets for frostwall

be nice knowing this before destroying my atlas to spawn him twice

havent even tried again to get elder orb as I cant save shaper and I cant 6L my chest so I cant do it yet,
