No. There are some rooms that everyone is aimong for, other rooms are "extra". Breach/gem corruption/maps/currency/valuable item(drops item with new mods), those are rooms that EVERYONE wants. Rest od the rooms are just extra that you visit when you get T3, otherwise you just skip and go straight to the Apex.

People don't even understand the rooms yet. They don't know how they affect IIQ in the temple, or IIR. The rooms don't tell you exactly what their effects are. Once people discover what the rooms do, they might actually opt for one that causes problems yet provides greater rewards in other areas. Hard to say at this point.

All I can say is that people are basing their opinions on their initial lack of understanding rather than trying to figure out what is going on.
the chaos mobs being rippy is nothing to do with the temple layout, its because you get zoned into areas surrounded my monster that don't have the ICD to stop them all attacking at the same time.

GGG removed this as a mechanic quite a while ago, the cannibals that throw molotovs, devourers etc all had a micro cooldown put on their attacks so they could no longer all attack at once.

the chaos flowerpots don't have this, you just get hit by 30 attacks or 0.
It has nothing to do with poison gardens. The most dangerous mobs are Vaal Constructs. They can appear in any Incursion. They shoot a spell projectile that does 60/40 phys chaos damage and they have super aggressive AI. They shoot instantly and continuously. Can't be evaded, can't be dodged. Only spell block and spell dodge can avoid it and there's not many ways to mitigate it. If you're not paying attention or if you get unlucky, a single volley from a pack of these will SHRED any character. Chaos res is important, but a granite or endurance charges help too. Bottom line, if you don't have a defense against these things in HC, you're basically on borrowed time. They're dangerous as fuck. Poison rooms and everything else is trivial compared to those fuckers.

Where is this crazy dmg? 2xtoons in maps -60% chaos resi and havent really noticed any crazy spikes.
