burning discharge(3.3)

I've only tried out wands like this and they are doing the job well but you could also do the Realm Ender staff because of the amount of lvls it would give your discharge. you want as many endurance charges as possible through kaom's rings and corrupted boots. if you can afford it kaom's roots with an extra endurance charge on them would be optimal.

As of now I'm using
Herald of Ash
Clarity
and Warlords Mark on blasphemy
for my aura's and I'm using a 4 link Discharge with Combustion support, Ignite Proliferation, and Burning Damage Support
also using enduring shout to generate charges when I'm not being hit.

I used ground slam to lvl as i followed this skill tree and just used 2 points to get resolute technique. It was pretty slow and I had a lot of trouble getting enough stats to start lvling discharge and watnot.

this is the skill tree I'm am currently using. after hitting the ignite/burning area's of the tree you can really do what you want.
