Happened to me also, in Lava Lake while doing Vorici mission, I was just walking and waiting the 8 second timer to tick down for the mission and suddenly I got pop up "Buffer Underflow" with the game needing to be closed from task management.

Same with me in Pier Map, every time I hit a monster it shows "Buffer Underflow"... Wasted good map mod.

Same here - every couple minutes there is a crash - the only message I recive is that "POE.exe stopped working"
