Legacy characters and 3.0 quests rewards

Hi, I recently came back to play again and found about the new acts but my level 80 ranger already has everything completed. I read that you can get the quest rewards by talking to the quest givers but none has the option for it. Is there anyway to get the quest rewards I lost?

All quests that are directly bound to the new content's progress (act bosses, as example) are already solved. This includes all waypoints that are automatically assigned on the way. The related rewards (skill books, mostly) can be taken from the assigned NPCs. All other quests have to be done afterwards. Most important here are the minor god sidequests, and stuff like the unique jewel quests.
