[BUG] Missing Quest (Victario's Secrets)

Hey guys,
I'm at act 3 (normal) and going to kill general Gravicius but I didn't receive the quest Victario's Secrets. http://i.imgur.com/LzNNoa1.jpg (On screenshot: Didn't receive the quest nor take it) Anybody know why? I think he's keen to get his quest rewards :)
Not sure why, but Hargan doesn't want to give you the quest. But you can go get the items yourself. There was/is another bug recently that causes clickable objects to loose their boundingbox clickability (only their nameplates are clickable) so that might be why when you found the stash they weren't easily clickable. Try again! *edit: you didn't get the quest from Hargan because you had already used the keys, I've just fixed that now! Level Designer/Dungeoneer
