Just use what you got delivvered to use, then you will certainly be able to come up with a Character name that is actually unique, and not used before.
I have 3 Characters that I use. You know how many times I had to come up with something else because of the fact that was already in use? Of those 3 Character names I have and use I had to come up with something else 1 single time. Why? Because they were and are unique names.

And you know what? They are actually Character Names.

If you actually bother, you can actually do it.

I've never had any issues. If someone can't find a good name with something like 1000 trillion permutations thats on them. Shows very limited brain powers.

I usually used Pony+something (e.g. Ponywithfriends for summoner) regarding the build. Than I came up with TheBeautyandthePony and would like more names like that if you got any ideas :)
