How Reave DPS for comfortable endgame mapping?

I'm planning a Reave build that's strictly for farming XP, so all I want is enough DPS to, say, fly through a T14 with Monster Life. That's the only thresh hold I need to meet and then everything else goes into life/defense.

So to any Reave players out there, how much PoB DPS would that require?

I never made it to T14 but you can see my BestiPowDul and know that with that setup 95k Pob with no charges just hatred/hoi was quick in T11/12 but extra life on some bosses and especially Abyssal monsters was a bit of a pain. Keep in mind this is with Inc Aoe on the 6th link and only 44% crit chance. I didn't swap Conc effect much. So with some frenzy probably peaking 130k and occasionally Onslaught it was decent. Essentially it was Mathil first guide of league. So my thought is 100-130k, use Vaal Reave and Vaal Grace too. I never got around to it. Edit: and Uber points would help this build a lot. Couldn't get there myself.
