First Build Attempt for 3.3!

Hello there!

As the title suggests, this is my first attempt at creating a build in path of exile, and would love to hear your suggestions/improvements.

As being fairly new to the game I don't have a full grasp on the mechanics quite yet.

My main aim of this build is to focus on chaos damage/Damage over time, and I'm currently trying to fine tune the skill tree with what nodes would be helpful.

The skills I'm hoping to use are ED/contagion/blight depending on the situation.
