failing to teleport, or load into a zone

I can enter the game without problems, but when wanting to transport me an area or map, it just stays that way and nothing happens, this happened yesterday May 22, 2018 as wings 6 in the afternoon, I have an xbox one.





puedo ingresar al juego sin problemas,pero al querer transportarme alguna zona o mapa,solo se queda asi cargando y no pasa nada,esto paso ayer 22 de mayo 2018 como alas 6 de la tarde,tengo una xbox one
