First LLD. Help :D

Hey all.
I am currently building my first fun LLD character and i have a few questions. It is a LL arc mine templar that uses crown of thorns for pain attunement and 2x Redbeaks for the 200% increased damage at low life. It wont be able to do much against chaos damage builds, but i am hoping those are few and far between :P

My questions are: 1. Is anyone playing LLD anymore? 2. Would my build be tournament "legal" 3. Is there any good items or skill setups i should take advantage of on this character? " Sure i'll try :D Okay i made one with only Uniques. Only had to switch out my amulet and one ring. So now what, how do i find others within the ethical pvp movement :P?
