Completing maps with 8 mods does not count towards challenge completion

I've completed 4 maps in a row with 8 mods. Yes, I know how to count mods. It's actually quite easy using advanced mod descriptions. The maps did not count towards completing the challenge.

The 8 mod maps have to be red maps to count towards the challenge. Tier 11 and above.
