Missing Elder Orb

Apparently I'm supposed to get it after killing shaper?
I'm on luring elder to the middle of the atlas but I have no elder orb. I've unlocked his secret study and stuff already.

You get the Elder's Orb after you get all 15 fragments and then kill shaper. It will be in a chest in his study in the laboratory if I remember correctly. If you already opened that room but still dont have it, talk to Zana, she will probably give it to you?

no chest, zana is there but she doesn't give anything.

I killed shaper again and nothing.

fixed by changing characters.
