Error and crash when loading into zones

Everytime I load into a map or any area outside of town my game freezes and I get this error message;

"Art/Textures/Interface/CharacterSelection/destroyed_building_02ns.dds": Failed to uncompress testure file.

As soon as I hit ok the game closes, Has anyone run into this? Tried switching characters, loading into different zones in different acts, different maps, changing my Gateway, still does the same thing.
