Any word on Atziri Reflection drop rate increase?

Really nothing in the game should be rarer than a mirror. I don't reddit to much but any one heard of a drop rate increase? I would understand headhunter rarity/price but the current prophecy drop rate is absurd.

People want chase items. GGG gives them one.

Chris basically mocked ppl for wanting it not to be chase on Baeclast.

"O, we want chase uniques! Give us those!"
"O, we want chase uniques to drop like candy! Waa!"

A mirror is just a currency item, there is no reason why some other thing is not coded to drop less :)

I have no problems with certain things being uber hard to get.

Back in the D2 days on the Single Player Forum, we had a rule. "No Zod posts". Even if you actually found a Zod legit, no one would believe you because the odds of you lying about it were vastly higher than the odds you actually found one. They actually had to make a rule to keep people from posting their Zod dropped posts.

Chase items are vital to a game like this. Without them, there's eventually no carrot on the stick that keeps us playing. Keep looking for that prophecy. Hope it comes up every time you spend one of those silver coins. It can happen. Will it? Probably never. But it can. There's hope. The price you pay for hope is that sometimes you're disappointed.

With current drop rate we could simply consider Queen's Sacrifice does not exist. Hope... no.

And about carrot on stick.. not everyone's game goal is obtaining items.

And it's not even a chase item, it's good addition to some builds, but not build-enabling or something.

It will be even rarer since bestiary won't be in the game. The recipe for prophecies was awesome. We won't even have that any more.

I feel like there is a difference between chase item and your comparison to a near non-existant item from D2 (Zod).
Atziris reflection only drops once or twice a league. People thought the rate was bugged when they announced beastiary statistics with over 1 million prophecy obtained from beasts alone with not one reflection on the market yet.

They are rare sure, but still, one of my guildies got the prophecy for it, and two people on my friends list did also. They did not sell them however, and I expect quite a few others didn't either. A lot of us who have played a bit collect all the things.
