Perandus Trove keeps spawning enemies

So when I finally find my first perandus trove and get hyped for finally getting that challenge done it just keeps spawning waves after waves of enemies. I have been sitting at this box for 11 minutes now and it just keeps spawning them. This happend in Haunted Mansion t5, I would assume that this is indeed a bug ye? Yes, seems to be a bug. Got the same. More and more waves. Tired to wait and just left that map.

Some the perandus chest have a special enemy that have a key like symbol above their head, you have to kill this one to open it or it just keeps spawning/reviving more mobs.
