Emergency patch during race. For mtx........

An unknown issue came up on Microsofts end which made the build which was live expire and forced anyone who was trying to launch the client to attempt to download a patch, which wasn't available as it was scheduled for later today. This patch wasn't intended to go out at the time it did last night, but was the only solution available to fix the error that users who weren't already logged in were receiving.

I'm very sorry about this and will be following up further with Microsoft to find out why this occurred.
