Tailwind and totem

Hi all!
By default totems can't take benefit from offensive Auras like Haste, but how Talewind will work with they?

totems use your offensive stats. so if you are affected by Haste aura, your totems will benefit from increased cast/attack speed the aura gives you

the question is, whether action speed (tailwind) is considered offensive, or defensive stat. Other things affecting action speed are: freeze, chill, temporal chains and acceleration shrine

so, does your totem stop attacking/casting while you are frozen? Do they attack/cast slower when you are chilled or cursed with temporal chains? Do they attack/cast faster when you are affected by acceleration shrine?

I havent played totem builds enough to actually notice (I havent payed attention to it), but I think the answer is No thus the action speed is considered to be a defensive stat.

To be sure, you can test it rather easily. Use shackles of the wretched to curse yourself with temp chains or find an acceleration shrine and see if your totems perform slower/faster.

what gets affected for sure is totem placement speed

If I remember it right, char freeze don't affect totem. You play "the statue", but the totem still attacks. And yes, need to test it.

Btw, somebody test Action speed (from Shrine) and it don't affect totems. Even Plcament speed.

totem placement speed certainly should be affected :)

Ludvator, i give it for what it's worth. He did a record and than framed it with virtualdub. Frames exactly the same.

then you should also be able to place totems while frozen

ok, I dont really care to be honest:) .. I told you all I know (or think). But still, I suggest to test key mechanics and interactions yourself in similar cases where the item/mod is new and/or not fully examined.

I didnt do it recently, was pretty sure traps that trigger at the end of duration will target enemies. Found out they dont when switched to the build after leveling. I had to level a new char. Ive posted a report but I still dont know if this is intended or not..
