Help needed for Occultist RF build, degen question

Hi,

ive recently made a righteous fire build based on Aila and Uberelite for flashback league. Ive practically copied the build point for point and got similar items, however i am facing problems with ES regen.
Whenever turn on RF, i start degening and when i press my flasks (sulphur and ruby) my degen hardly stops, it just slows down a bit, the only time i dont degen is when i kill like 20 mobs. In the cutedog and aila videos then degen stops just after they press their flasks and the es quickly regens to full.

Shaped body Armour have "Recover (3–6)% of Maximum Energy Shield on Kill" mod, That important.

You also took the wrong Shadow node, Blood Siphon > Soul Siphon.
