About jewel radius

Hi. I was wondering if passives alocated in the radius of a jewel only halfway through are counted in?For example in the image does it take Celestial Judgement in?(just an example, I am not using it like this, don't tell me I'm stupid converting all ele dmg to fire dmg)

There is no "halfway". A passive either is in radius or it is not. You will see that passives which are in radius of the jewel get highlighted in the tree when you hover over the jewel. In your screenshot you can see that Celestial Judgement is not highlighted, therefore it is not in the radius.

" Click "Help" on the page for an explanation. It has to do with sextant blocking, which is not as relevant as it used to be anymore due to the limited number of sextants you can have active at the same time. |

Thanks again. I get what it all means now. Good little website. Wish the ingame atlas would use this sort of highlightning instead of the circles.
