Watcher's eye Reflect Reduction mods for Purities other than "of Elements" don't spawn

There are 424 watcher's eyes (offline included) listed on poetrade with "reduced Reflected Elemental Damage taken" mod for Purity of Elements: http://poe.trade/search/okikiniubamian
Out of first 100 shown, 5 are paired with Purity of Fire, 10 with Purity of Ice, 16 with Purity of Lightning.
None of them are related reflect reduction mods, as per the wiki:
(50-40)% reduced Reflected Fire Damage taken while affected by Purity of Fire
(50-40)% reduced Reflected Cold Damage taken while affected by Purity of Ice
(50-40)% reduced Reflected Lightning Damage taken while affected by Purity of Lightning

Also poetrade search queries for them are bugged and they are absent on the official trade site. But the list on the wiki pulled affixes from the game files.


So are they in game or not?

My buddy found one listed as such
