More supporter packs or...Last Epoch stuff.

I elected to kickstart Last Epoch. It is really early, and the demo is very meh, but any chance for a new and fun ARPG is worth the risk in funds in my book.

And the point about talking with your wallet with respect to a crappy Bestiary league is, in my mind, important as well. Not to mention this bullshit Xtolla (or whatever it is) garbage which will preclude me from ever spending money here again until it is gone.

Eh. Picked up Wolcen yesterday. There isn't enough content to judge it's potential yet. Only thing it has going for it is being able to rotate the camera.

Sure, but it at least runs with more consistency than PoE might ever run. That is why I also enjoy so much Torchlight 1/2, Grim Dawn, Titan Quest or Divinity series, heck, or even Deathspank. They all feel "finished" and they all work as expected 99% of the time, some of them even on systems that are more successful at playing MAINLY SOLITAIRE...

And if you don't see the fact that the alteration of skill/passive choices in an interactive way "on par" with PoE probably, and with possibly "balance", as a bonus to "melee" feeling a few million miles better than in PoE, they are not that "interesting"...

Either way, they (Wolcen and Last Epoch) would receive a higher benefit of doubt, when you compare them to PoE...

The camera thing has been dropped. See the latest dev post.

That said, I still enjoy PoE a lot and other games I tried after (Wolcen, Epoch, Grim Dawn) felt strange. I'll probably support Epoch simply because they have a native Linux version.

I backed 20$ for Last Epoch. Hope they will fund this enthusiastic project.
Last Epoch has a longggggggg way to go to even be close to on par with PoE and/or D3. Sure it has promise, and a few systems seem cool, but wow people need to pump the brakes a bit. Not to mention when it really is ready to full release it will be woefully outdated engine wise.

Not trying to rain in anyone's parade, and industry/genre competition is a good thing, but this is extreme case of rose colored glasses at the moment.

Key to success is to start.

Well, at least Last Epoch and Wolcen actually have "melee" way better implemented than PoE which left that direction to rot, so that in itself makes them viable alternatives.

Divinity Original Sin I/II are masterpieces and although not ARPGs, are a statement regarding what indie developers can manage...

PoE needs to be viewed without that "extreme case of rose colored glasses at the moment". It still provides "fun", but not at the level of the expectations of seasoned PoE players/supporters. We could drop some of our expectations, but GGG also needs to rise up to the task A WHOLE LOT MORE, AND A WHOLE LOT BETTER.

I too have refrained from buying anything here since Xsolla took over

ive considered buying through steam but I figure ive paid may fair share for the game and im not paying more until the get rid of Xsolla or GGG really impresses me with something new, they have failed at this lately.
I dont see any any key!

Same here, backed Last Epoch instead - early Elder. Pre-Alpha and all, but has great potential.
PoE is still top aRPG, but lost a bit of its touch lately...
