Does Innervate gem effect minions

If linked to a minion skill like spectre or dancing dervish? Path of building shows an increase, but the tooltip of the skill says "effects skills you use yourself", so wondering if this is true in that it doesn't effect minions. What about dervish/duo considering those activate automatically upon rampage? The main stats I want to effect minions is the lightning dmg and shock chance, so for clarification, does it effect minions?

Nothing on Innervate says it's specific to you. That said, minions won't get the Innervate buff often - they would have to kill the shocked critter to get said buff, and individual minions in a swarm rarely sustain on-kill procs. Spectres or Dervish maybe, since those are singleton powerful critters, but the limitation remains.

" thanks for the reply! but the green text on the gem itself says: "Supports any skill you use to hit enemies yourself. Cannot support skills used by totems, traps, or mines" So I guess that just confused me. I just remembered you can look at dancing duo tooltip and checked, and the lightning and chance to shock from innervate do effect it, so that's mainly what I wanted :) |
