[Theorycrafted Build Feedback] Shocking, Frenzied Freezing Pulse Inquisitor

Hi all,

I'm by no means a PoE expert (~400hrs played), but I'm trying to theorycraft my own build for a change rather than follow guides. This is the first one that seems to be able to push some respectable damage in the endgame and I would like your feedback as a reality check.

PoB link: https://pastebin.com/qLmESLgk

The idea for basic gameplay is alternating between Leap Slamming around (generating Frenzy charges and Shocking enemies while doing so) then spamming Freezing Pulse for big damage, popping flasks and defensive spells as needed.

Ascendancy:
Instruments of Virtue - applies damage/cast speed buffs if attacked/casted recently
Sanctify/Pious Path - big buffs when on Consecrated Ground + chance to proc CG
Augury of Penitence - elemental damage buffs

Skills:
6L Freezing Pulse - main damage-dealing skill, spell to get IoV buff
6L Leap Slam - movement, Fortify, attack to get IoV buff, generate Frenzy charges, chance to Shock

I use an assortment of other curse/auras and defensive skills to further increase damage and survivability, please see the PoB build for the details. My concern is that some of the gear required may not be realistic and that the gear doesn't provide enough +Life bonuses.

Any critical feedback is welcome!
