Unexpected Disconnects

Hi Guys,
I've been getting some unexpected disconnects today. I've been playing for a while and have not faced this issue so far. I've tested with WinMTR and have pasted the test in the link below:

Kindly let me know if this is something I need to fix on my side or if this is a network related issue on the server side.
