GGG will never restore dead characters or lost items for any reason, including server problems. You have agreed to this when you created a Hardcore character.

Where in your little world dose it tell you that YOUR laptop turning off is somehow GGG's problem to fix.
It dose not matter what this game dose, if your laptop/PC turns off during play then there is something wrong with the laptop/PC, not the game Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
