Very strange tab appeared

Just opened my stash tab and found some weird stash tab "Labyrinth - Hardcore (Cruel) %date% (remove only)".
I've never seen this before, what is it?  Last bumped on Apr 22, 2018, 5:55:39 AM

never seen it before or ever had one like it but i can tell you categorically that it is a tab that is generated for rewards, in your case getting the best lab run time of that day, it will also generate tabs for race rewards.
