Blind stacking question

Gladiator node "Blood in the eyes" give 10% to blind again bleed enemy (suppose i have 100% chance to bleed) then i use watcher eye with "41% chance to Blind Enemies which Hit you while affected by Grace". Does this mean i now had 51% chance to blind or it will proc twice ? The reason is the new amulet give hit cant be evade by blind enemy and i would like to try it out. Free accuracy is good

No you've got a 10% chance to blind on hit, and seperately a 41% chance to blind an enemy that hits you as long as your running grace.
