Right Click not doing what a Right Click should

Anyone else having issue with right click doing a prior skill from the keyboard or the scroll/middle click from the mouse? Not sure if it's my mouse having an issue or what.

Example, I have middle clicker for totem. Right click is for melee. I'll put up a totem and then try to right click to thump heads. The char just stands there tossing more totems despite the right clicky...
