How to obtain memory fragment for the second time?

I downgraded a map using the unshaping orb and now I can't seem to find a Tier 3 & Tier 4 memory fragment so that I can shape another map. I have grown the Elder influence to over 20 maps and there are none with the blue circle. I defeated the 4 guardians and only the Red Elder remains (which I can't defeat yet).
Is there a process to find another memory fragment once a map has been downgraded? Please help! Last bumped on Apr 17, 2018, 1:04:17 PM

Ok, I was able to get the Tier 3 Shaper's Orb but I am unable to find the Tier 4 one. I checked all maps on the Atlas and none are shaped for that tier. There were a few maps that I sealed a while back. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Nevermind, I missed a map. When I searched Tier:4 on the Atlas, one of the maps that were shaped to Tier 9 did not show up. Problem fixed.
