Patch Notes: CI & Rage
Fixed a bug with Chaos Inoculation that could lead to characters dying due to a rounding error. This was primarily an issue for players affected by Rage.
Any clarification on this? Understood that this was a bug where the rage degen would instant kill a CI character due to mechanics and % life calculations when a character is on 1 life. I think the intended behaviour is that it should be killing at 19 stacks with no regen and the bug was that no amount of regen mattered, a bug with the first point of hp in a regen/life removal scenario.
So regen should be able to allow rage after fix is what I somehow concluded from it, maybe I am wrong. Well it will still be questionable, have leech and recharge and leech rate is gonna be even more trash without vp since regen required. |

well if you have one life and you get at least 2 flat life regen on one piece of your gear i'm quite sure it would still be free to use rage. I gues it was not like that and when you substract 0,1 from 1 and you are left at 0,9 then the game displays 0 life and you are dead instantly.

" This was my conclusion as well. A small flat regen would open up quite abit of uses of rage for CI builds. Given that you can get flat regen from abyss jewels, it would be an easy get around. |
