Agnerod West for use on a lightning build

mainly its used for the vinktar square map but i wonder if this staff will be good for a lightning build (i dont care about movement skills)

Do you need the 6 links of a staff ? Youll likely be getting better spell/elemental damage gains from a nice wand/scepter and shield.

You can get 10% penetration on a shaper wand if thats why you were looking at the staff, and having a shield would be better block and ES than going with a staff.

Idk but I made a 6 link of one of the staves that dropped as a 6 socket with just a couple fusings. I have half a mind to make it into some kind of melee build. Either Lightning strike or static strike maybe even wild strike. Not really sure as I've been busy with another build for the time.

I'll probably try something with these items to see what I can make happen. It'll probably fail but there is some fun in trying things out.

I see it will be good (if built properly) not the best though. It´s still pseudo 7-link though.
