Wondertrap Velvet Slippers and Chaos Inoculation

Hello.
I find "Wondertrap Velvet Slippers" and take passive skill "Chaos Inoculation" - When i have 1HP, "100% increased Rarity of Items found when on Low Life" - does not work. Bugreport #2 541 764 151.  Last bumped on Apr 13, 2018, 11:40:58 AM

Not a bug.
1 life is your full (max) life...to be low life you'd have to be in the decimal points of life, which isn't possible. Low life I think is the equivalent of 30% of your health bar remaining. I believe most people achieve this with Blood Magic aura usage, and substituting that health loss with high Energy Shield and regen. Having Chaos Innoculation makes your health top-end simply 1; That is your new maximum health, therefore you're not on Low Life.
