Kitava's Torments (act5), one of the quest chests drops nothing.

I have been trying to do this quest for awhile now. I got two of the chests with no issues, getting both Tukohama's tooth and valakos jaw. When I got to the last quest chest, it dropped nothing, so i portalled back. when I got back the quest item still wasnt there. I left the instance and ctrl clicked on the zone the reliquary and reset the instance and tried again, still nothing. I closed the game and restarted and tried again, and still nothing. Any ideas?

I'm a Templar using spark totems, if that has anything do to with it.

Just to clarify, have you tried talking to Lani since you have the two Torments? Is it possible that you found one, talked to her, and gave her the item? I don't know if she will take some of the items (like Hargan does with the Platinum Busts in act 3).

What does she say when she talks to you? Also, when you forced a new instance, were all of the chests empty, or did you only check the one?

Yes I should have mentioned that, I have talked to Lani multiple times. Only thing I haven't tried is removing the 2 items ave already acquired for the quest

IDK if it would work, but you could try dropping the items in a Reliquary instance, then forcing a new instance and picking up new ones.

through many series of dropping certain quest items at certain times, the last item suddenly appeared. dunno if it was a bug and they fixed it or something worked.. either way. relief.
