Leveling Slower Projectiles gem past 19?

Slower projectile speed is not a nerf for spectral throw. Slower ST projectiles can mean more single-target hits.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

But for every example he just replies "yes, but except for this, what is it good for"? Well obviously, if you ignore all the cases where it is good, it will only be bad. |
