Really depends on what you want/need, personally I'd never exalt that, but thats for my character not yours.

NEVER scour something with halfway decent stats you dufus. Just sell the damn thing to someone who likes those stats and buy a white 5-link.

I'm sure you're hoping for +>100% to evasion if you exalt it. If you have exalts to spare it might be worth trying two of them on it since the stats it's got so far are pretty solid. All on you and what you're after.

just chaos it , i dont care that much about resists in armor you can get it on quiver or head
