3.2 crit self cast arc viable up to t15's

The goal of this build was to make it to end game and have decent life pool. Assassin was my choice, because of the easy power charge generation and recent buffs to it. Inquisitor would be more dps, but assasin has auto power charge sustain.

The build is bit pricy (500-700c), so it ain't for the new players. You can replace watcher's eye with jewel that has high crit multi on it.

Build has 350k dps against guardians, not calculating shock or or low/high life. + 70k lightning bolt. I didn't include vaal haste or culling in calculations.

Gem links are just more dps and arcane surge for mana sustain. lv18 arcane surge is 100% up time in this build, I wouldn't level it more. 20% quality gems are boost, but those were bit pricy so i didn't get those. i use lv8 vaal haste because of the dex requirements, the dps difference to lv20 is so minimal that it doesn't matter.

In my opinion Best way to scale arc is crit. So thats why i chose 2x void batteries. Those are pretty cheap in this league.

I decided to use call of the brotherhood and berek's grip for life and mana leech, since it seemed the best choice. I use shroud of the darkness body armor because CoTB converts 40% of my damage to cold and i get cold (& lighting) penetration without investing to it. I used rare 6l and lightning pen before that, but this is just more damage. It also gives mana, something that 6l arc really wants, the mana cost is really high.

Choir of the storm is BIS for this build. It allows extremely high crit 88% and it has increased 15% mana. It also has lv20 lightning bolt skill that helps with single target.

Sadly the build cannot do guardians or shaper without gem swapping to lighting tendrils, the dps just isn't there. I tried with deadhand talisman, but it wasn't enough. Southbound gloves might be the answer, but i don't have the resistances. Other problem with guardians is shock, since i can't get proper shock to them, my leech setup isn't working properly.

It can do atziri, if you swap increased critical strikes gem to reach 96% crit chance. Because atziri's split phase has one reflect mob. Weirdly it can't do any ele reflect map, even the 4% reflected damage is too much, it isn't instant death but it is undo-able.
