The most interesting for me is probably the power charges.

I had no idea that so many people skill the chaos and hp wheel of templar. Its good and all but its location is rather ass.

Probably almost all caster templars and some witches are going to take it, same for RF chars I guess. At least the old RF chieftains, not sure about the new RF meta.

Once you start looking at some of the filters, a bunch of the "cold" nodes start to warm up; looks like a bunch of the outer wheels are only takes for a specific build or whatever ... but yeah. That is a good resource to base these arguments on.

(It kinda does support the original assertion, btw, which was the expected outcome from where I sit, but now we have some facts backing that belief up.)
