and i die to izaro and my damage is shit.... here's my PoB link https://pastebin.com/bc6WUpXh how the fuck am i supposed to do end game content when every build i follow ends being shit even if i take the exact same passive tree and have almost the same exact uniques and rares... Well, you skipped like all your life nodes. Your gear is missing life. Your ascendancy looks like you took the wrong ones first. Usually, you'd like to get unbreakable or unflinching first, but you skipped both of your highest defenses, lol. So you ended up with like half to no defense at your level with low life.
In all, you made all the wrong choices, in all the wrong places. haha. (⌐■_■)

Oh, and your skill gems are like at level 1. I don't know why you didn't level them up. But your damage is like crap because you have level 1 support gems. Haha.

I don't know how to tell you this.
You don't have nearly the same gear as the guy that created that thread. He probably net has 2000 or so more life then you do. What is your life total? When you say "almost exactly the same rares"... you are MISSING WHY HIS RARES ARE IMPORTANT. Check out your boots vs his? how about the fact that he has 2 elder rings both with crazy amounts of Life gain on hit? How about his super defensive Watcher's Eye? Or how bout the fact that your character is LEVEL 70.... Are you talking about dying in UBERLAB? Because the zone level there is 75? I want to be nice... I really do, but this is the problem with people that try to follow builds BLINDLY. "He has 5 rares and 1 unique!! I have 5 rares and 1 unique!!" Why am I not unkillable? I mean look at the guys gear piece by piece and compare it to yours. Look at his characters level and compare it to yours. This is not rocket science. You are either being willfully ignorant as to your differences or you are not taking the time to UNDERSTAND HIS GUIDE PROPERLY. Seriously your gear is a joke compared to his... Is this a troll or are you being serious? |

" I assume you're talking about your U_Lab char... First off, your char's only level 70, so it's probably pretty far from being done. Lots of room for improvement. Also, you say "almost the same exact uniques and rares", but when I compare your char to the build guide, I see you are missing most of the key gear. Sure, you have the sword and a shield, but you do not have Loreweave, Tombfist, Xoph's Blood, Watcher's Eye, or a stygian vise belt. The build in question depends on a lot of effects from those gear to synergize. Each piece of gear that you have that isn't one of those prescribed takes away from the overall power of your character. It's unrealistic to compare your still-in-progress and incomplete build with the end-result of the build guide. Also, it's perhaps a not-so-great choice to follow a build guide that requires so many specific items to work, unless you have or are prepared to get those items. - here's my sig

And this exactly is the problem why just plain copying builds instead of learning the game is a bad idea.
