Hello community,
This is THE ICE BREAKER.

This is more a build showcase than a build guide.
Main goal of this build is to cover the world in purefreezingcoldice.The winter is coming...tfw! o.o
I'm still having alot of fun playing this build ,is not the end game uber Elder meta clearing super fast broken mechanic build everybody like to play. THIS is the true form of a simple and effective physical to elemental conversion build and for the first time u can SLAM the ground with a SWORD!! :D

PROS

Great Mobility with leap slam,clear speed ,Cold penetration,Slayer Ascendancy overleeching,really good league Starter.
CONS

Nice Single target damage,is ice crash can now benefit from Multistrike,No Broken mechanic involved,you never walk you just leap slam all over the place!!.... keep the theme of the build( movement speed on boots overrated).

CURRENT GEAR

Weapons


GrelWood Shank is a very nice starter weapon, it's almost 300 physical dps , also it comes with very nice perks.

IRON REFLEXES(converts all Evasion rating to Armour provides no bonues to evasion from dexterity), wich by itself saves 3 points to reach the Keynode.

80% increased Armour While stationary add up more physical damage mitigation to our duelist , it procs when we land after a leap slam,it' really effective versus bosses , it does not have an internal cooldown so when you do stop moving it activate.

POINT BLANKwe dont need it. But let's say u like to Molten Strike for some heavy single target action this perk can be very powerful option .

Doryani's Catalist 130% increased elemental dmg with a perfect rolled scepter,some elemenalt damage leeched as life.Doryani's Is also good if you decide to go Elemental Overload ,because it provides a good chunk of critical strike chances ( u have to adjust the path on ur tree to have a good use of it).

Other options for OFF HAND:
ICE CRASH only hits with the main hand

Shaper/Elder weapon (you can definetly gt alot of conversion phy to ele to chaos to another element rolls in thi one )

Prismatic eclipse
Scaeva Gladius


*anything to boost our dps ;attack speed ,elemental penetration,elemental damage ,physical damage as extra elemental damage, physical damage as extra chaos damage, can work in our off hand.*

4 Link.---Ice Crash +Melee Physical Damage+Elemental Damage with attacks+Faster Attacks
5 Link.---Ice Crash +Melee Physical Damage+Faster Attacks+Elemental Damage with attacks+Multistrike
6 Link.---Ice Crash +Melee Physical Damage+Elemental focus+Faster Attacks+Elemental Damage with attacks+Multistrike.
6 Link Single target SetupIce Crash +Melee Physical Damage+Multistrike+Cold Penetration+Elemental Damage with attacks+Elemental Focus
NOTE:On this build for single target i prefer to use Cold Penetration over Faster Attacks .Faster Attacks is good just to breach the treshhold for attacks per second we are sitting on roughly 6,5 attack per second fully buffed;once you have a resonable amount u stop stacking attack speed ,because in the long therm it does not provide that much dmg scaling to Ice Crash; but is good for leveling an not feeling bad about icecrash action

Blaspemy + Frostbite -adds cold penetration
Hatred -extra cold dmg from our physical damage
Lightning Golem -extra attack speed
BloodRage - Generate Frezy charges( more damage more attack speed)
Movement skill
Leap Slam +Faster Attacks+fortify+Bloodmagic

NOTE:We need to use Blood magic, inside our movement skill setup, to not stress that much our tiny tiny mana pool.

Defensive Setup
Cast When Damage is Taken +Immortal Call+Increase Duration

NOTE:if u have this setup on a 4 link ( gloves, boots,helm) add Vaal Haste to greatly improve ur clear speed .

Our Bro setup
Ancestral warchief+Faster Attacks+Melee Physical Damage+Added Fire/Elemental damage with attacks.
