Act 5 lockout and blocked progression

Hi, i sort of broke the game, and cant progress until a hot-fix is done or like a GM gives me the way-point to the ruined square in Act5 (Please excuse my dry humor. if you dont get it, just understand its humour not snottiness)

Because everybody seems to think ive done something wrong and im just being stupid, im going to spell out the whole situation. I thought so too, but it seems that its actually the game this time. and everybody seems to agree with me after i explain.

So, a young man in Africa creates his first character for the beastiary league. he levels it to 40. he gets to act 5. everything is great, everything is fine. shreds through the control blocks and blasts into the ruined square. theres a boss there, and it gets dead. the world is saved and everybody is happy.

But wait, the player is in Africa and he gets DCd... because you know... Africa. so now a few mins go by, the instances reset and he doesnt have the ruined square way-point and the road is blocked because hes Batman and he killed the boss, resulting is the entrance being blocked.

Ive cleared the control blocks many times since, and there is no way out. i broke the game. its GG.

Here are my answers for the questions ive been recieving, in game, so that i dont get the same ones here from those who skim my post:
no i dont have the ruined square waypoint, thats the problem.
no i dont have the chamber of innocence waypoint, thats the problem. i cant get to the ruined square
no i cant go through the control blocks, because you guessed it cupcake, thats the problem.

You have done something wrong, there are literally tens to hundreds of thousands of people doing and completing the quest just fine.

Now rather than the idiotically long and utterly useless story, how about trimming the salt and actually giving facts and actions.

I need a GM, not a keyboard warrior. i didnt get the waypoint, and i blocked the road. i DCd and the instances reset. there is no fix without moving to standard, or without a GM, and im trying to avoid that, because i like SSF
