[3.2] Viper strike Gladiator (WIP) Looking for help to optimize

Hello!

I'm trying to theorycraft a poison gladiator build with block/spell block chance (60%+) and evade (63% thanks to blind). Currently I have 970k shaper dps with "normal" gear, but it's my first build and I'm looking for some help to optimize it.
