Trade site not updating

The official trade site does not seem to be updating currently. As an example i sold around 900 alts about 18 hours ago but the trade site shows i still own them. Also the same with chromatic orbs, says i have 1948 when i actually have around 115 as i've sold the rest.

How do i fix this as its getting really frustrating constantly getting asked for items i no longer have?
I'm searching on hardcore bestiary.

Also while i'm posting there are items that i cannot seem to search for on the official site.
The latest one is shaped volcano map. Its just states 'no elements found. consider changing the search query'

Seen about half a dozen items now i cannot search for. I should have wrote them down but thought its was just a glitch so didnt think anything of it at the time. I'll make a list from now on.

Can confirm, I'm still getting currency trade requests I removed around 16h ago.
