What helmets to enchant in uber lab?

Hi everyone,

Just finished my first uber lab today and found it quite easy to be honest. So I'm deciding to to run a couple of of labs today.

But I'm not sure what helmets to enchant to get them nice 40% enchants, I'm still a POE noob haven't been playing long so I'm not sure what's meta or not.

Any help would be appreciated.

I recommend enchant Starkonja (aim for 90+ life). This helmet is good for both melee and ranged. Cheaper options, but with less coverage are i84 Royal Burgonet and Lion Pelt. Devoto's Devotion and Rat's Nest will work for melee and ranged builds as well.

the best enchants aren't usually the 40%'s they are the ones that modify a skill in a way thats more useful than a straight modifier.

Additional projectiles for barrage/molten strike, secondaries for tornado shot, extra fire from phys for infernal blow etc. The popularity of the skill combined with its power sets the price so like the first 3 i mentioned are very expensive uber enchants, infernal blows a really good one but only like 5 of us play IB so thats usually much cheaper.

As to what to enchant as Sun says Starkonjas is a good throwaway enchant but generally you want to go for ilvl 84 helms or ones with genuinely good stats you've found yourself. Stick to bases that people like to use hubris aren't that popular right now for example much better on a str or dex base.
