Empowers Allies?

So some of the ape cheiftains in part 2 have a mob ability 'Empowers Allies'.... anyone know what that actually means? I can't seem to find any info on what that does.

I'm looking to run a Skeleton & Zombie based Necro, and looking to add a couple utility spectres to support them.

EDIT: NM, found it, looks like it's just like the frenzy allies of the other chieftains, but with power charge instead of frenzy.

They make a noticable difference to your minion damage. Not as much as carnage chieftans, but run both types with blood magic for best effect.

Do they still just scream themselves to death in short order with blood magic?
They do cast way more, which means even temporary minions like skeletons get charges up fast. It also, importantly, means the specters are spending time being safe and casting, rather than running in and dying. And finally, you + your minions/party get charges before they fight, rather than after they hit (with victarios charity). I love carnage chieftan + host chieftan specters😊😊
Is there any minion that grants endurance charges? Also someone needs to update the wiki on this.

Too much censorship that you never even see. Totally removed posts and silenced accounts across all communities. https://www.youtube.com/@Innomen
As others have mentioned, they give power charges.

That said, I think they are pretty useless compared to frenzy charges. While the crit chance is nice (3 charges is 35% crit chance for minions), I'll pick getting 2 frenzy minions any day.
Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.
Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge.
