I'm currently leveling this build and it's great fun so far. I'm a little confused by the GMP + Frenzy though. Glacial Cascade isn't a projectile -- what's the point of that skill?

I'm having a lot of fun with this build, I put frost bomb in my boots with less duration faster casting and lightning warp, it brings the duration down to 1.60 from 3.50 with a .27 cast time down from .50 with level 18 gems, however it takes the debuff down from 2.00 to .92, I'm wondering if its worth using this setup

I would like to know if this build is valid for the new league incursion I would like you to update it for the new league
