Konu is a corrupted area boss in Clouded Ridge which, according to the shitty wiki, can only be found in The Ledge but I think that is old and there are more places.

" I had like 2-3 Clouded Ridge with Vaal fragments (lvl 68+ zone). There is no Konu in there anymore. Forgot which mob was in there but i think the boss was an invisible leaper or a goat shaman. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore
