Does passive bonuses to totems work on spectres?

The question is: If I use "Raise Spectre" on a Vanguard, which does summon those flame totems and then I get the passive bonuses like "increases totem damage by 30%"... Will this increase the damage of the totems?

No. Your passives apply to you, not your minions. Since the totems belong to your minions, they will not be influenced by your passives.

(Specifically, unless something says explicitly "minions", it doesn't apply to them. Which is why "minions have 10% more life" works, but "increases totem damage by 30%" doesn't.)

If you support them with Minion and Totem Elemental Resistance, though, their totems should have the resistance as well as them.
